Third Element — performance apparel built in Bengaluru

Third Element is a Bengaluru apparel brand founded by Anshuman Saha. It makes activewear, sleepwear, joggers, leggings and everyday tees with fabric technologies for cooling and recovery, priced from ₹599 to ₹3,400. Alongside its online store, the brand runs a retail store at Nexus Shantiniketan Mall in Whitefield.

Three months of Meta Ads spend, and not a single order

Before working with us, Third Element had been running Meta Ads for three months without getting a single order. Money was going out every day on Facebook and Instagram, but the ads weren’t turning scrollers into buyers.

Performance apparel is a crowded category on Instagram. Without a varied set of ad creatives, Meta’s delivery system had very little to test, and the ads struggled to explain why Third Element’s fabrics were worth paying for.

Fix the creative, and let Meta find the buyers

We took over the ad account at the start of September 2026. Instead of raising the budget, we focused on what people actually see: the ads themselves.

Creative Diversity

Replaced the small, repetitive set of ads with a wider mix of creatives covering different products, angles and formats. More variety gives Meta’s algorithm more options to test, so it can match the right ad to the right shopper.

AI UGC Video Ads

Produced user-generated-style video ads with AI, showing the apparel the way a real customer would talk about it. UGC-style ads feel native to the Instagram feed and build trust faster than polished studio ads, without the cost of a full shoot.

From zero orders to 41 purchases in the first month

September 2026 was our first month on the account. Third Element spent ₹46,821 on Meta Ads and got 41 purchases worth ₹52,544 in gross sales. After three months of zero orders, the ads are now paying for themselves while building a base of real customers.

“We had spent three months on Meta Ads without a single order and were close to giving up on paid ads. Within the first month of Webwave taking over, the new creatives and UGC videos started bringing in real sales. I’m very happy with the team and the results.”
